Originally certified in 1984 Wesley Harvey has had the privilege of being trained by one of the early National Chimney Sweep Guild presidents and then later working for one of the most respected and experienced sweeps in the country.
Ultimately the decision was made to start Top Hat Chimney Service giving the opportunity to provide Upstate South Carolina with excellent service from many years of experience and the ability to bring value by keeping overhead low.
