- Will an experienced Chimney Sweep with a current Certification from the CSIA be on the job site?
- Do they have Membership in the National Chimney Sweep Guild?
- NCSG is the only nationally recognized trade association for chimney professionals. Their members not only have access to regular technical updates but are required to sign and adhere to a Code of Ethics.
- Does the company provide current references?
- Does the company carry current liability insurance to protect your home and furnishings against accidents?
